Breathe Hope during Spring 2012 will present countless opportunities to get involved, create and flourish friendships, and help work for our cause! We can't wait to see you all again, and we hope that you are ready for the challenges and joy that all this semester will bring.
For those who are thinking about joining us, we highly encourage you to explore our website to discover some of what we do, stop by our table at Open House (Sunday, January 22nd from 1-4 PM at the REC center), come to our informational, apply to be a part of Breathe Hope, and begin to make an impact! We look forward to meeting more enthusiastic students and welcoming new members into our Breathe Hope family.

Fourth Annual GREAT STRIDES 5K Run/Walk, College Station:
**November 5th, 2011**
Breathe Hope is privileged to be the only college group to host Great Strides, one of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s most recognized fundraisers. In cities all across the United States, tens of thousands of people gather together to show their commitment to “adding tomorrows everyday” to the lives of those with cystic fibrosis through the simple act of walking. Since the first Great Strides walk in 1989, more than $180 million has been raised to support the vital research and care programs of the CF Foundation.
In 2010, we had our most successful event yet. Our members were dividing into four committees: Registration & Letter Writing, Public Relations, Silent Auction, and Entertainment & Set Up. We were able to raise over $30,000 for the CF Foundation, an absolutely unprecedented amount that we are all blown away by. Thank you all for your participation and support; the fundraiser was a success not only monetarily but in raising a huge amount of awareness to the wider Bryan/College Station community.
